1. Buy the air ticket and tell Ooy Mei your arrival date
2. Contact Zeng Yong to find an accommodation and book it before you arrive.

See you soon.  Remember to bring whatever original identity proof or document that Ooy Mei tells you to bring.  The Singapore government is very strict with visa matters.
